Elizabeth Koo has over 14 years of experience in compliance and consulting.  Her experience includes assignments covering complex federal and multi-state corporate income tax returns, S-Corp income tax returns, partnership returns, individual tax returns, general excise and use tax returns, informational returns with respect to foreign transactions, and tax filings relating to qualified high technology businesses.  Elizabeth has worked with a variety of clients including high tech companies, real estate management and development companies, software providers, venture capital funds, and management consulting companies.

Prior to joining PKF, Elizabeth was a tax senior manager at Grant Thornton.  She was also a tax senior manager in the US tax consulting group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong.  Elizabeth received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
