The Recruiting Process
Candidates will be considered after receipt of a complete online application package.  This includes an application, cover letter, resume, and set of unofficial transcripts.  Upon receipt of a complete application package, we review each component to determine whether the candidate satisfies the applicable job qualifications.  If the candidate is currently a student or recent graduate, he or she may participate in a campus (or initial) interview with other qualified candidates.  After successful prescreening at the campus (or initial) interview, the candidate may be invited to an office interview to meet with other partners, managers, and professional staff to discuss the position.  The recruiting team will then meet to determine which candidates will receive formal offers of employment.
